The Sonoma Distilling Company, a pioneering brand and distillery, became one of the first 200 craft distilleries in the United States. Adam is dedicated to preserving old-world techniques, utilizing traditional Cognac and Scottish pot stills, alongside pre-industrial American Whiskey, Cognac, and Scottish methods, to craft whiskey from locally sourced grains.
